ANASOC Newcomers

To our esteemed Afghan Special Operations brothers and sisters,
Thank you for your interest in joining the Honor the Promise network. Our nonprofit supports Afghan refugees in the UNITED STATES who served within the Afghan National Army Special Operations Command (ANASOC). Specifically, we support the Ktah Khas (KKA), Commandos, National Mission Brigade (NMB), Afghan National Army Special Forces (SFK). As a member of the Afghan Special Operations community, you understand the importance of vetting to ensure everyone within our network is verified and credible. We owe this to everyone who joins us – the peace of mind of knowing they are in a network with their Special Operations teammates. We also owe it to our organizational partners, donors, volunteers, and supporters – the peace of mind of knowing they are serving Afghans who served in ANASOC to fight for freedom and against terrorism.

Therefore, there is a tow-step application process to join the HTP network and receive access to our programs. For example, we have shipped laptops to all the ANASOC members who we have verified through the Zoom interviews.

Additionally, we support legal status applications with translation support, offer access to quality English language programming, and provide access to workforce development programs.  Below is the step you need to complete:

Please complete this survey with attention to detail and accuracy. The information must be correct because we will use your email address, your mailing address, and your phone number to communicate with you. Your email address will be our primary method of communicating with you. Also, please look at a piece of mail that was sent to you to ensure you correctly enter your mailing address.
After completing the survey our Program Strategist and Coordinator Khalid Noori will contact you from khalid@honorthepromise.vet for the zoom interview.

Register to our Shoulder to Shoulder event at SOF Week 2026!
